Dwayne was the first pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007. He started in 2007. He is also director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is enthusiastic about empowering the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online articles and also contributes in the Christ-centered biblical counseling book changing lives by embracing God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie and their three kids.
